The phenomenon that turned US festivals into veritable backyard barbecues now has a new date and location. After tearing up stages with his blend of tech house, reggaeton, and cumbia, Mexican-rooted DJ and producer DJ Bolo, Edgar Avalos, headlines the lineup of artists landing in Medellín for the first Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Colombia.
On October 10 and 11, 2026, the Atanasio Girardot Sports Complex will be transformed into a dazzling display of neon lights, fireworks, and monumental structures under the iconic giant owl of Insomniac.
Five stages and Bolo’s signature sound
The festival will feature its five signature venues (kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, neonGARDEN, bionicJUNGLE, and stereoBLOOM), where Bolo’s Latin sound will share the stage with more than 80 international electronic music icons.
* Saturday, October 10: The day where Bolo’s urban and hybrid sound will resonate alongside powerhouses like Alesso, deadmau5, Illenium, Richie Hawtin, Above & Beyond, ARTBAT, Jamie Jones, Maceo Plex, and Vini Vici.
* Sunday, October 11: The culmination of an epic weekend with giants like Armin van Buuren, Boris Brejcha, an explosive B2B set between Afrojack and Green Velvet, Vintage Culture, Kaskade, CamelPhat, and Subtronics.
