Antioquia Red Cross made an alert call for people between 18 and 65 years old, who weight more than 50 kilos and are in a good health, go to their headquarters located in Guayabal to donate blood and help the needs of 24 clinics and hospitals in the Department.
The donations days are held at the headquarters of the Blood Bank locates in Carrera 52 # 25-310, near the Industriales metro station. There you can donate from Monday to Friday between 7am and 4:30 pm and all types of blood are received.
The goal of Red Cross is to collect at least 200 new donors by Friday, to help mitigate the lack of blood in the Department that had an increase by the holiday season.
